Transatlantycka Sieć Funduszy Lokalnych powstała w 1999 roku by promować rozwój funduszy lokalnych w USA, Kanadzie, Meksyku i Europie. Prezes zarządu Irena Gadaj od 2002 roku jest członkiem the Transatlantic Community Foundation Network. Sieć funkcjonuje po to, by można było wymieniać informacje, uczyć się od siebie wzajemnie i promować fundusze lokalne i ich rozwój w świecie. www.tcfn.efc.be

The Transatlantic Community Foundation Network (TCFN) was created in 1999 to promote the development of community foundations on both sides of the Atlantic, and particularly in parts of Europe and North America where the community foundation concept was just beginning to take root. It is a learning community comprised of four dozen community foundations and support organizations from close to a dozen countries.
